There are a lot of ways people say Covid can be beaten. Trusting God is the key. Here are a few lines from Back to Eden by Jethro Kloss that may be helpful.
“I wish to bring to the notice of the general public the untold blessings that our Heavenly Father has provided for all the world…God has provided a remedy for every disease that might afflict us. Satan cannot afflict anyone with a disease for which God has not provided a remedy…The fundamental principle of true healing consists of a return to natural habits of living. We must return to God’s original plan for maintaining health…Miraculous things are found in the Bible and Nature.”
“The Creator of this universe made man in the beginning from ‘the dust of the ground.’ The different properties that are found in the earth are found in man, and the fruits, grains, nuts, and vegetables that contain the same elements that are in the soil as well as man…our loving Heavenly Father sees the world’s untold suffering and wretchedness; He has made provision that if we use these things that He has provided they will surely bring relief.”
“Man’s methods of treating disease are truly complicated and mystifying, but God’s ways are so simple that anyone can understand them without a medical education…This is God’s plan. His remedies can be used at small expense…pure air, sunshine, properly prepared food, nonpoisonous herbs, water treatments, pure water to drink, abstemiousness (moderation), foods not robbed of their life-giving properties during manufacture, and cleanliness of body and premises. When we heed these things, God will do for us what we cannot do for ourselves. He lets the sun shine on the just and the unjust.”

Beloved, I wish above all things that thou mayest prosper and be in health, even as thy soul prospereth.
Genesis 2:7-9:
And the Lord God formed man of the dust of the ground, and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life; and man became a living soul.
And the Lord God planted a garden eastward in Eden; and there he put the man whom he had formed.
And out of the ground made the Lord God to grow every tree that is pleasant to the sight, and good for food.

There is deep wisdom in these remedies. But I suspect having a controlled mind is also key. What we allow into our mind can have great impact on our lives. My personal habits include memorizing scripture. This has served me well my entire adult life. I highly recommend it.
